This application ("Texas Journeyman to Master(y)") is strictly a study aid. EdTech Apps is NOT affiliated with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). The content provided is for educational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for official code books (IPC, UPC, IFGC) or state regulations during field installations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Texas Journeyman to Master(y)" mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Terms (Apple & Google Compliance)

2.1 Auto-Renewal

The Service offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions (e.g., "The Journeyman Tier"). Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

2.2 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. EdTech Apps cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf due to Apple/Google privacy restrictions.

3. Intellectual Property

The "Hierarchy Engine," source code, "Iron Star" branding, and original question content are the exclusive property of EdTech Apps. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the database.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties that:

The content will be 100% accurate or error-free.
Use of the app will guarantee a passing score on any state licensure exam.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdTech Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, failure to pass examinations, or errors in professional field work resulting from reliance on this application.
