Refund and Cancellation Policy

EdTech Apps, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality educational tools for the skilled trades. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and subscription management for our services, including the "Texas Journeyman to Master(y)" platform and related products.
1. Digital Subscriptions (Web Purchases)
If you subscribed to our service directly through our website (via Stripe), the following terms apply:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. To request a refund, please email support@edtechapps.io with your receipt or order number.
- After 7 Days: Due to the digital nature of our content (real-time code access and exam simulations), we do not offer refunds after the initial 7-day period has passed.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will not renew. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
2. In-App Purchases (Apple iOS & Google Play)
If you purchased a subscription or simulation pack directly inside the mobile app (via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), EdTech Apps, LLC cannot process your refund. These transactions are managed exclusively by Apple and Google to protect your financial privacy.
2.1 Apple (iOS) Refunds
You must request a refund directly through Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select "Request a refund" and choose the reason.
2.2 Google Play (Android) Refunds
You must request a refund directly through Google:
- Go to the Google Play Store account page.
- Select "Order History" and find the transaction.
- Select "Request a refund."
3. Physical Goods (Books & Merchandise)
For physical items (e.g., "Wealthy Babies" books, branded apparel):
- Returns: We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
4. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse this policy. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:
- Repeatedly purchasing and refunding the service ("churning").
- Using the service to complete a certification exam and immediately requesting a refund.
- Accounts flagged for suspicious activity or violation of our Terms of Service.
